Our penthouse is part of a small apartment complex with a beautiful garden, swimming pool and elevator. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the rear there is a third bedroom for two people. The kitchen of the apartment is equipped with all modern appliances, such as a fridge / freezer, microwave and oven, ceramic hob and a washing machine and dryer. Special feature of this apartment is the huge surface area of ​​the terrace, 174m2. From the terrace you have a fantastic view over the Mediterranean and Fuengirola with its harbor.
This penthouse is part of a beautiful resort called El Higueron. This resort features include a magnificent sport hotel with all facilities, where use can be made, including several swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, good restaurants, tennis, beach volleyball and padel- jobs. But it also has several fitness and massage parlors.
From our penthouse is about 300-400meter to a train station, where you can take the train to the airport or b. v. the center of Malaga. The beach is over 400 meters.
