This peaceful 2 bedroom townhouse with sea views is located in Torremuelle, Benalmadena a mere 350m walk to the beach! Located within a tranquil urbanization, this property is idyllically situated for couples and families looking to spend relaxing days around the pool, yet still having the beach and amenities within walking distance as well as being a short drive away from all the golf courses and attractions that Benalmadena has to offer! This property is split across two floors. On the ground floor there is a large, newly refurbished kitchen. The open planned dining/living space flow wonderfully onto the terrace. There is also a downstairs toilet hidden away. Upstairs, the master bedroom has its own private terrace providing spectacular views. The second bedroom is the larger of the two, and is equipped with two single beds, a sofa, desk and work chair, making this an ideal property for guests looking to work whilst they are on their trip. Both bedrooms share the bathroom. The community is beautifully maintained and of a traditional Spanish style. There is a good sized swimming pool, surrounded by grass and vegetation. There are also a limited amount of sunbeds and umbrellas. The tennis court seen from the terrace is also part of the community which guests are free to use. There is community parking at the entrance of the urbanization which is separated by an electric gate from the road. At the other end of the urbanization is a separate gate providing access to Toremuelle train station which provides links to Malaga and Fuengirola, and everywhere in between (including the airport!) Malaga airport is a 20 minute drive. The Mercadona supermarket is approximately a kilometre away and accessible in under 5 minutes by car. Arkwrights international supermarket is a 10 minute walk. There are a variety of restaurants close by in both directions including the exclusive Trocadero Benalmadena. The internationally renowned Torrequebrada Golf Course is a 5 minute drive away. The award winning Puerto Marina Benalmadena is under 15 minutes by car.
