Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave the beds unmade (Stripped if possible). Place used towels in a pile. Empty all trash from the property.
Move all furniture and items back to original locations. Turn off all lights & A/C. Check all doors and windows are closed.
Leave the keys visible on the kitchen counter/table (please do not leave keys hanging in the door lock on the inside).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
