The lovely apartment sits on a little hill, only 10 minutes walking distance from the most beautiful beach, and close to the largest Buddhist Stupa in Europe.
You will enjoy a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms apartment with a stunning view of the Spanish sea. In addition the apartment features a beautiful terrace and two balconies. Within the gated community you’ll have access to the pool and quiet garden. The apartment is located in a quiet community of 8 other apartments and is family oriented and has a sensitive neighbourhood. It is not a party or eventlocation.
The elegant interior and fully furnished apartment provides you with extra comfort during your vacation.
You will love your grand master bedroom, which features a balcony facing the sea and a large private bathroom with heated floors and full climate control. In the charming salon you’ll immediately feel at home. Watch a movie on the TV flatscreen featuring satelitte channels, or sit with your friends and family on the comfortable sofa (which can also be turned into a bed which sleeps 2 people).
From the dining area you also have a seaview window and rom the salon you have direct access to a terrace, which leads to the private pool. On a hot day you can enjoy a fresh breeze and calming shade under the parasol. The second bedroom has 2 beds, which can be used as single or double beds. The room also features a large wardrobe and a personal balcony with ocean views. Next to the bedroom you’ll find a second bathroom also with a climate control.
The whole apartment has a heated marble floor for cooler days. The open-concept kitchen welcomes the homecook and is a wonderful place to enjoy dinner with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality amenities. The apartment has a washer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an iron and ironing board, a water filter, oven, coffee maker, and all kitchen supplies. All rooms have air conditioning and free WiFi access.
The apartment is close to the beautiful white village of Benalmadena Pueblo and just a short drive away from Benalmadena Marina and other beaches, surrounded by golf paradises. You can enjoy Andalusia at the fullest: the sea, the mountains, beautiful spanish villages, wildlife sanctuary, Portugal around the corner and the closest distance to Africa from Europe.

We are  a family from Austria and travel often. Lars, our property manager, lives near the apartment with his family and is also a former owner of diamond-home. The property is in perfect condition, newly renovated in scandinavian interior design and maintained.
