The Space:

Welcome to "May The Forest Be With You," otherwise known as Bend Riverside Unit 202. This sweet vacation spot sleeps up to four people. You have 8 foot glass doors that give you an incredible view of the Deschutes River. Open those large doors, step outside onto your riverfront patio and take in the sights and sounds of the rushing river.



This studio is part of the Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums in downtown Bend, Oregon, and is a great little place for couples or perhaps a girl's or boy's weekend. It includes a queen Murphy bed that folds up into the wall during the day to give you more wiggle room and a full kitchen to prepare your own meals.



The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You'll have plenty of room to stretch your legs on our grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. And the proximity to downtown Bend cannot be understated, you can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs and downtown boutiques.



Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)



We have an indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open daily, so bring those swimsuits! This unit is also pet friendly, so feel free to bring up to 2 furry friends along for a one time fee of $69!



Guest Access:

The studio comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a studio in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This studio is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The studio comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

This apartment offers its guests an indoor pool and a hot tub.
