The Space:

Snow settles quietly through the pines as you arrive, and inside, the home opens into warm gathering spaces designed for unhurried time together. After a winter day in Sunriver, you sink into deep seating by the gas fireplace, laughter carrying through the living areas while games and conversation fill the evening.



The home spans approximately 6,000 square feet and is arranged to balance shared moments with personal space. This 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath home spans approximately 6,000 square feet and accommodates up to 18 guests.Three distinct living areas give everyone room to relax, watch a movie, or enjoy games without crowding. The Great Room anchors the home with tall wood-accented ceilings, expansive windows looking out toward the Woodlands Golf Course, and a central space that blends lounging, dining, and recreation.



Living & entertainment

Multiple Smart TVs and a recreation setup that includes a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, a PGA golf arcade game, and card tables make indoor time easy and engaging. Additional living areas offer quieter places to unwind or gather in smaller groups.



Kitchen & dining

At the heart of the home is a spacious kitchen built for group cooking, featuring two islands, stainless steel appliances, and ample prep space. The adjacent dining area seats 14+ comfortably, ideal for long winter dinners, shared breakfasts, or meetings during a corporate retreat. A bar area adds another spot to gather in the evenings.



Sleeping arrangements

Sleeping spaces are thoughtfully distributed throughout the home. Six master bedroom suites each feature a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. The seventh bedroom is a bunk room with three twin bunk beds (six twin beds total), well suited for group sleeping or younger guests.



Outdoor features

A large deck overlooks the golf course and includes a hot tub available year-round, especially inviting on crisp winter nights. A gas BBQ and outdoor seating are also available, though most winter days naturally draw everyone back inside to the warmth.



Extras & access

The home includes bikes for use on Sunriver’s paved paths when conditions allow, a large garage, and parking for up to seven vehicles including the garage. Sixteen SHARC passes are provided for access to Sunriver’s shared aquatic and recreation facilities year-round. This is a no pet home.



Neighborhood

Located in Sunriver, Oregon, the home offers easy access to winter recreation, regional dining, and year-round attractions, with Mt Bachelor and Bend a short drive away.

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in.

Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 5 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure, with the standard check-out time set for 10:30am. (Please note during the Peak Summer/Holiday seasons we will not typically have an early arrival or late departure option available. However, our staff does keep us informed for property readiness and we will proactively reach out with early arrival availability during these seasons.)





Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and is regularly referred to as "Sunriver resort". However this term refers to the community of properties in the Sunriver region located in Sunriver proper, the town. The company "Sunriver Resort" is a separate entity, and our properties are not connected to, nor a part of the company.



Our properties are located in Sunriver resort proper and all homes offer SHARC passes for the water park, tennis/pickleball courts, and boat launch. We also offer bikes for the over 35+ miles of paved paths, and our homes feature amazing amenities. We're happy to advise on fun Things to Do in the region too, like river floats, white water rafting, or horseback rides!





Please Note:

The Sunriver golf courses have become private courses as of the 2025 season and are no longer available to the public. Additional membership options are available if guests choose to contact the courses directly and we are happy to provide contact information by request.

All of our Sunriver homes offer touring bikes for our guests to enjoy the 35+ miles of paved biking and walking paths. Relax and spend a day on the several golf courses and two of our homes reside on the Woodlands course. Enjoy SHARC passes (open year round) with every home for the local aquatics and recreation center, 20+ tennis/pickleball courts, and disc golf. Mt Bachelor and Bend are located only 30 minutes aware for trips to mountain experiences year round, or shopping and brew tours! There's something for everyone in Sunriver, Oregon from amazing amenities provided in our homes to fun things to see and do throughout the Central Oregon area.

Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and made up of 11 roundabouts, or "Circles". Fairway Lodge is located between Circles 6 and 7 in Sunriver, and overlooks Woodlands Golf Course. Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro offers free downloadable community maps by request and included in guest check-in details.



Sunriver has over 35 miles of paved paths for walking and bikes to the SHARC, The Village, Marina (boat lauch), and The Lodge.

Interaction with Guests:

Please note, all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement.



Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
