We arrived at this hotel around 4:15 took over a 1/2 hour to check in as only 1 person working at the counter. Finally got to our room and the toilet was not working. We ended having to fix the toilet ourselves. Beds advertised as Queen and were only a full sized bed. We did not go to bed until late at night and we realized the bed sheets smelled like urine!! Ughh..The carpet going down the hallway to the rooms was a tripping hazard. We just slept ok and would not choose to stay here again.

Did not have any information regarding Prinville sights and some history. No information regarding what to do in hotel. I have not been in a hotel in 30 years. Too soft of beds I was hurting every day asked front desk they said they are all like that. Talked to older couple they said bed is too soft.
