Urban Roundabout has a private hot tub and is a modern, northwest contemporary home within walking distance to Newport Market, local restaurants, coffee houses and bike shops. This state-of-the-art BRAND new home features radiant floor heating, on-demand hot water, a front patio with radiant heat and 2 Smart TV's with DVD players and 3D Blu Ray movies. Urban Roundabout features a gourmet kitchen, two Master Guest Rooms and two and a half baths. This light-filled house also has an attached single-car garage, two additional parking slips and a laundry room.

The main level has a hand-stained, heated concrete floor, gas fireplace and an open living floor plan. The gourmet kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops. A custom staircase leads to the upper level, where there are two Master Bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Master #1 features a walk-in closet, double vanity and walk-in custom tiled shower. Master #2 also features a walk-in closet and a tiled shower and tub combo.
