Location is great. The unit was only ok. The air conditioner doesn’t do much, the floors were filthy on arrival, and the WiFi barely works. If you’re looking to work remotely (which we were) it’s not really possible based on WiFi nor are you able to stream any movies or shows. We will be back to Bend but not here.

My Stay at Hunker Downtown, Bend.

Check-in was very easy, and the full kitchen was a great asset during my stay. Plenty of parking and a great location overall. The room is tucked away from most of the parking so its something to consider if you don't pack light!

Good gateway for a Bend visit

The condo is spacious, comfortable and clean.Kitchen was well stocked. It does need a nice lamp in the living room instead of bright white lights above stove between kitchen and living area. It is in a great location near Pioneer Park and the river trail . The unit was a bit noisy with traffic and the balconies needed needed sweeping and balcony tables cleaned. All in all a very nice stay.

The property is kinda run down. The bed is small and uncomfortable. The furniture and finishes are cheap. There is a Kurig coffee maker, but they provide ground coffee. I couldn’t find a reusable/refillable k cup, so I texted the office and still (as of this writing) have no response. So they had ground coffee with no way to make coffee. The floors were filthy. My white socks got dirty from walking around (we are both shoes off at the door people, so it wasn’t from us). We wanted to use the grill but it was atrocious and filthy. The only redeeming factor is the proximity to downtown.
