The Space:

This condo is Unit 146/147, which we've nicknamed "Knoll It All." It's part of the Pioneer Park Condominiums on the edge of downtown Bend, near the banks of the Deschutes River. 



The condo sleeps four and is 650 square feet, divided into two separate spaces, each with their own bathroom. There is a lockable communicating door between the bedroom and the living room. The bedroom features a king bed, while the living room features a queen Murphy bed that can pull down from the wall. It is stowed behind the living room couch to give you more room during the day. 



"Knoll It All" features a fireplace, air conditioning and a gas grill. There are two TVs in the condo that have smart technology so you can stream your own movies through Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney-plus, HBOMAX and more (you must use your own personal accounts). Reliable Wifi is provided by the condominium association. 



This condo got a complete makeover in recent years. Enjoy tile floors, tile showers, granite countertops and newer appliances. This unit is in the Pioneer Park Condominiums, a development originally intended to be a downtown hotel near the Deschutes River. Several decades ago the individuals and families who owned the units in this former "condotel" decided to change course and get out of the hotel business, converting their units into private residences and vacation units. Therefore the units here all have a very personalized environment, given that each unit has amenities and furnishings hand-picked by their individual owners.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a studio in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



The studio comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Pioneer Park Rentals Rentals manages more than 15 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
