This configuration includes the Main House plus the attached Annex (ADA-accessible suite), providing 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across two connected but separable living spaces. It’s an ideal setup for multi-generational families, groups traveling together, or guests who need accessibility without feeling isolated.

The Main House features a spacious, well-equipped chef’s kitchen designed for real cooking and shared meals, along with multiple comfortable living areas. Sleeping arrangements are flexible and family-friendly, making it easy to accommodate couples, kids, and extended family.

The Annex is a fully ADA-accessible suite with a private, ramped entrance, accessible bathroom, bedroom, and living area, all on one level. It can be closed off from the Main House, giving guests independence while keeping everyone under one roof.
