Open floor plan on main level with tile floors, kitchen with granite counters and breakfast nook. Custom juniper table in dining area seats 10 or more. Main floor bedroom with queen bed. Full bath. Stairs to loft bedroom with queen bed, full bath and separate sleeping area with full (double-bed) futon with memory foam mattress. Please note the stone fireplace on the main floor is non-functioning, but the basement has a working wood stove to make things cozy. Finished daylight basement has entertainment area with bar, second full size refrigerator, microwave, 50" TV & DVD player with DVD library (no TV reception), semi-private sleeping area with queen bed as well as 2 full (double-bed) futons with memory foam mattresses. Washer and dryer. Outstanding river and nature views in a quiet country neighborhood for those who like room to breathe. We are south of Sunriver and north of LaPine, with easy access to Hwy 97, and nearby lakes and recreational areas. This is casual comfort at its best. No pets or service animals allowed in this private home under any circumstances due to allergies of our family members. No smoking allowed indoors.
