The Bend Factory Outlets are less than a mile away or take a short drive into Downtown Bend or the Old Mill District for great local dining, shopping, and those summer concerts.

This 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is exquisitely furnished. There are 3 large TVs, one in the main living room (85") located downstairs, one in the master bedroom upstairs (75") , and the third TV is located in the upstairs game room (70"). The game room has a large table for games, which converts into a pool table and ping pong table for those great family game nights! Fully equipped gourmet kitchen is located on main level with seated dining for 4 in the kitchen and seated dining for 8 in the dining room. Big glass door in the living room opens up to the outdoor covered patio for those warm summer nights.
