This oasis is the perfect retreat, close to everything and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. 
Enter through the gated yard, and there are 2 steps up a timber porch to the front door. 
When you enter, you are greeted by a beautiful bench; to the left is the first bedroom, a queen with a desk. To the right is the great room with soaring ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and the perfect couch to unwind and relax on. 
Down the hall between the living and dining areas is an adorable bathroom, and the two remaining bedrooms. One with a king bed, fireplace, and ensuite bathroom. The other also has a king bed with close access to the hallway bathroom and a beautiful view of the backyard. 
The kitchen is a chef's delight, with brand new appliances and a beautiful backsplash. 
Just off the kitchen is the laundry room. 
Through the sliding door by the dining area there is a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining area, an outdoor sitting area with a firepit table, and around the corner, a hot tub. 
The yard is fully fenced, including the access to the front door. 
Please note- there is an attached garage that guests will not have access to.
USPS mail and package delivery unavailable - Owner and Property manager take no responsibility for any packages ordered and attempted to be delivered to this home.  
Dog friendly, but please no cats die to owner allergies. If you are traveling with pets, we kindly ask your support in keeping pets off furniture so we can keep our home in good condition so we can all continue enjoying the space! 
If you have guests in your group who smoke, vape, or utilize any other inhaled substance, we kindly ask that it be done outside, more than 10 feet away from any doors or windows.   Evidence of smoking indoors will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee.  
The chlorine dispenser in the hot tub must remain floating in the hot tub at all times to keep the hot tub clear, clean, and safe.  Removal, even temporarily, impacts the chemical balance that can result in unsanitary conditions and extra hot tub maintenance fees.  Any indications of removal will result in a $50 fee.  
Guests will be responsible for ensuring the trash bin  is at the street Tuesday evening for trash pick up Wednesday morning.  
We try to accommodate late check out requests anytime it is requested 2+ days in advance of check out, however sometimes we need the full time to prepare for the next guests.  Unapproved stays past check out will incur extra charges at the rate of $50 per 15 minutes. 
No glitter or confetti - there will be a $100 additional cleaning fee for any glitter or confetti found onsite. 
No illegal substances, fireworks, or explosives. 
No torrenting or illegal downloads while using the internet - notices from the internet company will result in a $100 fine.

1. 24-Hour Contact Information. If at any time you have concerns about your stay or
in regards to your neighbors, please call the 24-hour contact number listed in the rental
lease agreement or posted in the unit. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.
2. General Respect for Neighbors. Be friendly, courteous, and treat your neighbors
like you want to be treated. Respect your neighbors and their property.
3. Noise. Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet
enjoyment of their home and property, especially after 10 p.m.
4. Maintenance of Property. Be sure to pick up after yourself and keep the
property clean, presentable and free of trash.
5. Garbage Disposal. Place trash and recycling containers at the appropriate place
and time for pickup. Return trash and recycling containers to the designated location
within 12 hours after pickup. Cigarette butts should be properly extinguished and
disposed of in the garbage.
6. Parking & Traffic Safety. Refer to the parking diagram posted in the unit and park
on-site whenever possible. Do not park on lawns or in a manner which blocks
driveways, sidewalks, alleys or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and
watch for pedestrians and children playing.
7. Pets. Promptly clean-up after your pets. Prevent excessive and prolonged barking,
and keep pets from roaming the neighborhood. Control aggressive pets, and be sure
to abide by the local leash laws. Store pet food indoors and in a secure container to
reduce the likelihood of unwanted pest problems.
8. Tenant/Guest Responsibility. Approved guests and visitors are expected to follow
the Good Neighbor Guidelines. Be sure to read your rental agreement for additional
terms and restrictions which may include consequences for violating the Good Neighbor
Guidelines
