The onsite nature trail takes you along 2 miles of pristine wilderness, brimming with wildlife and breathtaking scenery and sharing a section with the Deschutes River Trail, taking you to this iconic river for fishing or floating. Looking to catch a few rays or just rest and relax? The resort has an outdoor seasonal pool as well as a Jacuzzi open year-round. A playground, park areas, game room, athletic club, and full-service restaurant are just a few additional amenities to mention, but there’s so much more here for you to explore on your own.

If you find yourself wanting to venture away from the resort, you’ll be within just a few miles of downtown Bend and the Old Mill District, featuring plentiful options for shopping and dining along the river. Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is a short, 20-minute drive away, the largest ski resort in Oregon and a sought-after destination for snow enthusiasts from all over. The Wanoga Sno-Park is 15 minutes from the home, offering miles of ski, snowshoe, and walking trails. This area doesn’t just come alive in the winter months, however. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 5 minutes away offering challenging fairways for all skill levels surrounded by vibrant scenery.

The suite’s efficient interior has exactly everything you need for a vacation centered in peace and relaxation. Illuminated in natural light from large picture windows, the picturesque surrounding landscape will always remain front and center. At the end of long days exploring the area, recline on the bed to binge that new movie or series you’ve been saving on the mounted smart TV. This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a luxurious queen size bed fitted with soft blankets and crisp linens for a great night’s sleep. The home’s full guest bathroom includes an extended single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes or watching raptors at the High Desert Museum.

West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.
