Every staff member we spoke with was incredibly kind and courteous. We appreciated the included continental breakfast, how close we felt to everything, and the overall cleanliness of the motel. Will definitely keep them in mind if we come through Bend again.

The night staff was not friendly they gave wrong information then they accused of lying it really hurt no respect. The day staff was so friendly and very welcoming. Also We could hear the people next door the we loud most of the night. I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone

The room was clean and comfortable. I had interaction with three different staff members, and they were all courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The only suggestion I have is for a towel rack/ring to be installed near the sink.

Everything was fine except for one of the beds that didn’t have clean sheets (pets’ hair and stains) like someone had already slept in them! Bed covers not clean either. And, short of hand towels and washcloths.
