The house sits on 2 1/2 acres of beautifully landscaped property with 3 ponds and 33,000 Sq feet of lawn. Private entrance to guest suite, quiet area with like properties surrounding. Located in the northeast section of Bend. Owners quarters are located in a separate area of the home allowing complete privacy. There is a children's play area and trampoline. The area has numerous parks,hiking trails, rivers, skiing, lakes and is the gateway to the Cascade mountains.

Three bedrooms available for guests. Two rooms have a standard Queen size bed. The master guest suite has a king size bed. Each room is unique in color and style. The listed price is for up to 4 people. Extra guests are $25 each.

A pet fee of $125 is required for up to 2 pets. If you would like to bring more, please contact the manager of the property. If your pet is a dog that is under 2 and over 10 years old, we ask that you use diapers that are provided. Not matter how well behaved we think our pets are, they have a tendency to "mark the spot" so to speak.

Guests rooms are the living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, laundry room, front and back decks and the theater room.

There is approximately 33,000 sq feet of lawn space for outdoor activities as well as a children's play area and trampoline.

There is abundant parking with the possibility of space for campers, trailers, motor homes etc.

If you would like to have guests come during your stay, inform the host regarding the number of guests, your relationship and the expected duration of their visit.

If you have pets, there are additional charges that will apply to your stay. For dogs younger than two and older than ten, diapers are available for them to wear.

Beautiful oasis!

Our family took a quick trip to Bend to meet up with our college kids and go to a concert. We had 9 of us, (2 parents, an 8 year old, 2 teens and 4 20 year olds). Such a Beautiful home, and comfy beds! The property is serene and peaceful. So many areas to relax and chat. The house had everything we needed and more! It was very clean and cozy. The owners even left us fresh eggs for breakfast, and messaged us about a power outage (they also left us a flashlight at the door in case the power was still out when we got back.) We would recommend this gorgeous home 100%!

Fantastic stay!!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and our evening glass of wine. Kevin, our host, was incredibly responsive, friendly and made us feel right at home. He made us feel like family. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to come back, Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free getaway.

Beautiful home! Very clean and spacious. House is in town but secluded and quiet. Peaceful setting with a gorgeous well maintained yard. Owners very friendly and accommodating, you can tell they genuinely enjoy meeting people and insist guests make themselves at home. We will definitely stay again!

Stunningly beautiful property. Very pet friendly

This home and property is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet. The host, Kevin and Tamara, was very kind. We used the home as the lunch point for kayaking, cycling, Geocaching and hiking. It was a wonderful trip and we were made very comfortable here. I would happily stay here again.
