It was definitely better than a tiny hotel room. Only complaints I have are that there is barely space for 5 to sleep. The futon is smaller than a full size mattress but it was softer than the bed. The fridge is tiny and the air conditioner changes to unoccupied during the night.But plenty of parking and room to longe. Overall it was decently priced for what it was. Would rent again in a pinch.
