This home is spacious with polished concrete flooring, you'll enjoy a luxurious and relaxing escape to idyllic North Bendalong.



This two storey holiday home has ocean glimpses to nearby Dee Beach.



North facing, this stylish home captures plenty of sunlight and ocean breezes.



Watch the local kangaroos and native birds play in nearby bush land whilst BBQing with the gas Weber Q on the back veranda.



At entry level, on the ground floor, is a spacious TV lounge room leading out to the rear yard with a Rinnai gas heater.



On this floor is also a bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry with external access to clothes lines and a bedroom with two king singles and ceiling fans.



Access to one garage also.



The second floor is beautifully presented with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with a Yamaha integrated audio system, two bathrooms and undercover decks front and back. There is also a slow combustion fire with firewood provided.



Two bedrooms on this level have queen beds and ceiling fans also with the master suite having an ensuite.



All bed linen provided, one towel per person, bath mat and hand towels plus tea towels.
