Its an easy short walk to Washerwomans or Inyadda Beach and nearby Bendalong shop and Cafe for your early morning coffee fix.
There is front and rear undercover verandas with a gas BBQ for those relaxed summer evenings.
The lounge area has a TV and DVD player, and books to read.
Polished floor boards.
Air-conditioning.
In the kitchen is a full size fridge and fully functional kitchen with microwave and combined dining area.
The bathroom and laundry are combined with vanity, shower, toilet and top loader washing machine.
Two internal bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fans.
There is a separate entry off the front veranda for the third bedroom with two single beds.
Linen provided.
Plenty of room in the backyard to play cricket or soccer or in the reserve across the road.
Enjoy your early morning surf or swim and then walk back home for a hearty breakfast.
Garage not available.
Bendalong is a 30 minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday for shopping centers, cinemas, pubs and clubs.
At Manyana there are also tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment.
Strictly no smoking inside or pets at this property as local kangaroos visit.
