The Belmonte accommodates up to 18 guests and is ideal for family gatherings and large groups. Upon request, we can provide up to 38 sleeping arrangements in combination with the neighboring building.



Like our other accommodations, the Belmonte offers a wide range of entertainment options, including a home cinema with original theater seats, foosball, a pool table, and much more. A stay in our property becomes a truly entertaining experience!

Welcome to our spacious 600-square-meter house spread over two floors, offering you an exciting and memorable stay in Bendorf near Koblenz. Here, the perfect combination of comfort and entertainment takes center stage.



As soon as you enter, you’ll be welcomed by our inviting hallway, which features an extensive poker and billiards area. Whether you’re visiting as a large group or in smaller gatherings, you’ll find everything you could wish for: a dedicated billiards room, a lounge, poker tables, a Nintendo Switch, foosball table, and even a home cinema with original theater seats.



From the hallway, you can also access our relaxing wellness area. The sauna, whirlpool, and shower promise pure relaxation.



The second floor of our spacious home offers six bedrooms. The queen-size beds invite you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep, and each room is equipped with clothing racks and storage space.



The large living and dining area, as well as the kitchen, are also located on the ground floor. The cozy couch invites you to unwind, while the Smart TV and our game consoles provide plenty of entertainment.



In the kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals using our fully equipped appliances, keep your drinks chilled, and enjoy social evenings around the large dining table. A supply of Nespresso capsules as well as a filter coffee machine are available for your coffee enjoyment.

Guest Access:

Access to our Belmonte is provided via a key for the front door, which is stored in a key safe mounted next to the entrance. During your stay, the entire property is exclusively at your disposal.

Nestled in the charming town of Bendorf, our Belmonte offers a wonderful retreat with convenient access to local amenities. Within just a few minutes’ drive, you will find a variety of dining options – from cozy cafés to restaurants serving regional cuisine. Discover local shops and boutiques offering unique souvenirs and everyday essentials. Bendorf’s town center is also only a short drive away and provides additional shopping and entertainment opportunities.



For hiking groups and nature lovers, our accommodation is the perfect starting point for diverse circular hiking trails through the Bendorf city forest, located right on the doorstep. The routes often lead along idyllic streams, through dense woodland, and offer stunning views of the Neuwied Basin and the Rhine Valley. Experience the tranquility of the surrounding nature while still enjoying the convenience of nearby amenities, and make your stay at Belmonte an unforgettable experience.



Getting Around:

Getting to and around the Belmonte is simple and convenient! Free parking is available directly along the street on a gravel parking lot.

For guests arriving by train, Bendorf train station is located nearby and offers connections to regional and national rail services. The journey to Koblenz Central Station takes about 15 minutes by car or taxi, providing access to an even larger transportation network. From Koblenz, you can easily reach major cities and airports. Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car.

In addition, local buses run regularly through Bendorf, connecting you to surrounding towns and areas. We recommend checking the current timetables locally for the most up-to-date information.

Parking:

Stopping in front of the property is permitted for loading and unloading.

Otherwise, parking is only allowed in the gravel parking area located a few meters from the accommodation. Please note that local authorities regularly carry out inspections.



No loud parties / no speakers / respect for neighbors

Bringing music speakers, party speakers, subwoofers, or sound systems is strictly prohibited. Music is only allowed inside the accommodation at moderate volume.



From 10:00 PM, we ask you to be especially considerate of the neighbors: please keep windows and doors closed and avoid noise, especially outside.



The accommodation is equipped with a privacy-friendly noise sensor. It only measures noise levels and does not record conversations. In case of repeated noise violations, neighbor complaints, or breaches of these rules, the stay may be terminated and the incident may be reported to the booking platform.



Multiroom Sound System:

To use the multiroom soundsystem, an additional free app (SONOS S2) is required. Further information can be found in the entrance area of the property.



Please note that if you check in on the same day as a previous guest’s check-out, the whirlpool may not yet have reached operating temperature, as it will have been freshly drained, cleaned, and refilled.



There is no air conditioning in the accommodation.



The check-out time of 10:00 a.m. must be strictly observed, as we work with external cleaning companies that need to begin cleaning promptly. This ensures the property is ready on time and in excellent condition for incoming guests.
