No hot water in shower. We spend Rs 10,000 for few hours of stay. Got delayed with flight due to this hot water fiasco. Completely unacceptable to not have hot water in transit hotel where people come mainly to get refreshed and take a nap.

Clean room, staff were wonderful. I suggest improving the signage leading to the hotel so it’s easy for those driving in to the airport to find the hotel. I’d also recommend automating the entry doors to improve accessibility.
