It's very close to the airport, and the staff is very helpful and quick to help when required any assistance. Both the manager and the assistant provide excellent service .The room is spacious and clean.Toilets are very clean

Our international flight arrived at 2AM. Reached the hotel around 3:30 AM. Our relatives live an hour away from the airport. We had booked the room for whole night as we wanted to reach our relatives during daytime out of safety concerns. It was a confirmed reservation with credit card on file. The hotel considered us a ‘no show’ and rented the room. No rooms were available. So we were left stranded in the middle of the night. No other hotels were available in the area. Ultimately we ended up taking a taxi from the hotel to our relative’s house. The hotel is in a poor residential area. Felt unsafe in the middle of the night.

The property was kept clean. However, no restaurant in house and no transport. I had to ask the reception the correct password of the wifi as the one provided in the room was incorrect. The water supply stopped abruptly in the bathroom. TV subscription had ended

The staff was very courteous, and accommodating. I had booked a stay for my parents, and it went smoothly. They even arranged a cab for an early morning airport transfer.

It is a clean basic hotel. There is no soundproofing and noise carries. We stayed for 2 nights and it was fine if you want to be near the airport although there is nothing much around the area. It’s quite rural. Be aware the taxis come out of the back of the airport and if I was on my own I would have been quite scared as it is very narrow country roads. The hotel booked us a taxi to take us back to the airport. We arranged it for 2.30am. It was a complete nightmare journey. The driver was so tired we nearly went off the road quite a few times. In the end we had to shout at him. I have made the hotel aware of this
