Hassle to Checkin, and bad room condition

I liked the pictures of my next OYO room, and the price was nice, so I booked another OYO Room. Again, it was struggle to find this OYO Room. The customer executive at OYO Rooms could not locate the address of hotel, and transferred my call to the actual hotel. I waited for 7 minutes for someone to help me with directions, but no one helped me. This hotel lacked several features that were mentioned at the website. First, the TV cable was not working. The hotel phones were not working. It was not possible to reach hotel through their listed numbers. Second, the Internet Wi-Fi signal was weak, and rarely worked. I could not rely on it for work or surfing. Third, the sheets were dirty, and there was lack of hot water. The bath is really small, and it seemed they tried to put everything in a small space. I do not mind staying at a cheap hotel, but please do not advertise one thing and give another thing. The whole experience was an disappointment.
