Villa Maris, located in the picturesque village of Tinj near Benkovac, is perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. This beautiful holiday home can accommodate up to 8 guests and offers comfort and functionality in every corner.



The villa features three bedrooms: two rooms have double beds measuring 160x200 cm, while the third room has a double bed measuring 140x200 cm. An additional bed is located in the living room, where the sofa can be extended and turned into a comfortable bed. The villa has one bathroom equipped with a shower.



The kitchen and dining room are combined into one spacious and bright area, ideal for communal meals and gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.



The villa’s outdoor area offers numerous opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. There is a private pool and an additional children's pool, perfect for the youngest guests. Children will enjoy the playground with various play facilities. Bicycles are available for exploring the surroundings, and table tennis is provided for outdoor fun. The entire yard is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security.



Villa Maris also welcomes pets up to 4 kg with an additional charge of €10 per day.
