Villa Katarina with pool and jacuzzi

Villa Katarina is located in the peaceful village of Tinj, near Benkovac, surrounded by greenery and complete tranquility, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday away from crowds and everyday stress. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and offers a perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and modern design.



The interior is spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring four comfortable bedrooms and four modern bathrooms, with an additional sleeping option provided by a sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while three are on the upper floor, each with its own private bathroom, television, and air conditioning. Guests have access to a fully equipped and modern kitchen, ideal for preparing family meals, as well as a cozy living area for socializing, and families with children are provided with a baby cot and high chair.



The outdoor area of the villa covers 1020 m2 and offers plenty of amenities for a carefree stay in complete peace and privacy. At the center of the yard is a 32 m2 swimming pool with a view of greenery, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, along with a covered terrace, outdoor shower, and a fireplace for preparing meals outdoors. A special highlight is the rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing in silence, while children will enjoy the playground with a trampoline, table tennis, swings, and other facilities.



The entire yard is fully fenced, and the villa is pet friendly, with pets welcome for an additional fee of 10 euros per day.
