Charming Villa Oliveto, situated in a calm rural area on the hinterland of the town of Zadar is an epitome of nature`s finest selection, in complete harmony with modern day neccessities.
This Villa offers amenities which will make you forget the the hustle and bustle of a city while providing an uninterrupted connection with the typical dalmatian flora. The villa has an orchard and an olive grove full of ripe figs, cherries, apricots, pears, jujubes and rose hips –you can help yourselves to all of them and enjoy the fresh fruits surrounding you.
The complete estate is 14 000 m2, while the living space is 75m2. Guests have one bedroom with a double bed at their disposal, as well as a convertible double sofa, making this Villa ideal for a maximum of four guests. The house has a kitchen, dining room and living room where all is at a hand`s reach, especially the exit to the terrace and pool area. A feeling of uninterrupted connection between the indoors and the outdoors is amazing.
The spacious outdoors offer a pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna for those moments of relaxation and unwinding. In addition to the villa, the guests will certainly enjoy the covered terrace with a beautiful BBQ area and an outdoor dining area – a perfect place to create wonderful memories preparing and sharing family meals and spending valuable moments with your family and friends.
The Villa has free parking spaces, SAT TV and Wi-fi throughout.
