Never saw any staff. Was there five nights in my room was never touched. Went looking for the hiking trails that were advertised.Walked about three hundred yards, and that was it. No, instructions on how to operate the t v and find the local channel. The only thing I will say for that location is that the room was more than adequate was very clean and nice.But any amenities or any customer service was not existent

Stayed in 2 bedroom lots of space but lacked helpful amenities. No place in bath to put personal items need a shelf or hooks. Small kitchen area had no light at all overhead or lamps. Not enough electrical outlets had to unplug coffee maker to use microwave. One bedroom could use a chair “continental breakfast” but milk in fridge was outdated for cereal or coffee. Very poor quality upgrades. Location good and outdoor space lovely.

The room was perfect for the price paid. Nice location, comfortable amenities. A few items in ill repair (ceiling fan in bathroom hanging out of ceiling, few electrical outlets didn't work / USB chargers on nightstand). All in all, I would definitely stay here again.
