Our stay was fine, the room was clean and conveniently located. we had a lot of trouble getting in touch with any staff before our trip. We were sent a confirmation message from the hotel, that said we needed to call and confirm that we had a pet friendly room. I called a dozen or more times over the course of a week and was never able to reach anyone at the desk (I don’t believe it’s staffed). I finally reached a call center off property by navigating their automated messaging system to a “new booking”, and was told I needed to call the front desk….. seems to be be a new trend of these self check in places to not have any staff.

Lovely clean room, great self-serve breakfast (complete with cozy fire in the fireplace!). Our only complaint was that the lights outside our door didn't come on until after 6pm (and there was no way to switch them on ourselves). In late November it is pitch dark at 4:30pm, hard to put in the door code with no light!@

Nice, quiet, clean rooms. We got in late and I liked that you could just check in on your phone and they give you a code for your room. Never even saw any staff, which we didnt need to as we were there for 1 night. Would definitely recommend.
