We were very disappointed with the kitchen...dishes...pots and pans..silverware not clean...we did not cook and this is why we booked this particular room...ended up at McDonalds...and dunkin donuts for breakfast...we were warm....the living room had a hole in the floor ...the beds were comfortable..

This stay was very nice and pleasant. It has a rustic charm to it and some things to improve .The small table in the middle of the room was broken and so was one of the legs of the couch. The de humidifier was very loud and made it hard to sleep. However, the beds were clean and neat, the staff were very nice and gave us free apple juice and granola bars. Also watching Harry Potter was very fun. Also, it’s right next to a McDonald and a Starbucks. Overall, a decent place to stay. Don’t recommend if you’re skiing at Stratton, as it is very far.

I think other reviews of this property were overly generous. Breakfast was just a snack and shouldn't be listed. I had to ask for a hair dryer, shower was very small, it was hard to get body wash and shampoo out of the dispenser, there were no coffee cups, the thermostat didn't register properly and the TV was so small and far away I couldn't see a football game properly. The room was clean.

Clean room. However, the advertisement in Expedia said breakfast included, but when we checked in and picked up our keys, the note said they no longer serve breakfast. I was disappointed because besides the reasonable price, my primary reason for booking the place is the breakfast. We go to Vermont every other week for skiing trips and easier to book in a hotel with breakfast included as it’s very convenient for us. But knowing that knotty pine doesn’t offer breakfast anymore, we will be booking elsewhere. Otherwise, nice cozy place.

This motel checked all the boxes: clean, decent mattress, and radiator heat that you control independently. That means no blower going on and off all night when it's 13 degrees. The bathroom was updated. This is a no frills place but a good deal!

This is a older rustic motel. No frills. Yes, it was very clean. Brown bag breakfast handed to you at check in. Luggage stand was broken.I had really hoped to use it. Toilet ran most of the night on and off on and off. Street noise you can hear clearly. It matches the price point .
