Just book it. Don’t overthink it, this is the place to stay if you are looking for the quintessential New England experience. Everything was perfect: the room (Cinnamon), the grounds, the breakfast, and especially the service. The property (Inn and grounds) were gorgeous, clean, calm and quiet. Nightcap drinks at the bar were excellent. Breakfast of pancakes and bacon was phenomenal. The staff (Todd especially) could not have been better and have easily blown away every other location we stayed at during our trip (and that we can ever recall). Todd was a wealth of knowledge of the region and greeted us immediately with a smile and charm that made us feel like we were home. Can’t say enough good things about the experience, biggest regret of our 5 day trip was only spending one night at the Inn at Manchester.

Nice location, although very few eateries within walking distance. Room was a suite and very comfortable. Room service (housekeeping) appeared to be extra cost. Breakfast was mediocre. Few options. For $440 per night, this was not good value.

Good New England-style inn, partially in a new building (but made to look old) and partially in a Victorian building. Rooms large and very well maintained. Very relaxing stay. Very well maintained old house that they turn it to a very lovely "Bad & Breakfast" that was really very sharm and specially the way that Gabi received us was very special. Personal attention, nice and clean room and in a very authentic atmosphere. Highly recommended.
