Could be nice but.......

Pros: Location. Clean linens

Cons: Produce a welcome leaflet with information. Welcome guests properly. Upgrade the decor of the rooms. BUY NEW SHOWER CURTAINS!

Location: Manchester very attractive town. Lots of upmarket shopping.

From the road this property looks attractive and land well cared for. The arrival welcome is brief. A lady appeared and handed over a key. That's it. The room is a reasonable size. The bed is comfortable, linens are clean and the shower works well. However. The decor is drab and the shower curtain frankly disgusting - I was tempted to take it down and bin it! The frame around the air con unit was odd bits of wood nailed on. The curtains were only just secure. We asked for the wifi and the lady we had seen previously seemed unsure and said to try a code and if it didn't work to use upper case. It worked but this seemed so random and unprofessional. On the plus side the rates are reasonable for the area and it is well located for visiting Manchester. A bit of money spent on the rooms could make a huge difference. A friendly and more professional approach to welcoming guests costs nothing and be a huge benefit to your business. Unfortunately I would not return and cannot recommend.
