The Letty a protected natural site from where you can reach the heart of Bénodet on foot, taking the coastal path, ideally arranged for family walks.
In this apartment completely renovated in 2021, on the 1st floor of a small private residence without elevator, you will enjoy, in the main room of a sofa bed, TV, dvd player and board games, a dining area and a generously equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 burner hob, 1 Nespresso coffee maker and a traditional...).
In the quiet room: 1 bed 140 cm and storage.
Bathroom with washing machine/dryer and separate toilet.

Plus: The apartment has, in addition to a free parking space, an unsecured covered bike parking and an outside tap to rinse your beach belongings, combinations, paddle...

cramped

Stairs awkward not for elderly or those with mobility issues. Nowhere to dry washing, no heating in cold weather. shower/ bath dangerous as very narrow making balance difficult. Ex pensive for what you get.Would not come again.
