This studio classified two stars for two people comfort will allow you to spend a holiday in Bénodet while enjoying the beach at 50m, but also the Thalasso or the Casino that are right next door.

Located on the 4th floor with elevator, you will enjoy a living room with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a lounge area turning into a bedroom with convertible (140x 190cm).
To this is added a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
Extremely bright with its large bay window, you will also have the luxury of a balcony with a view of the roofs of the old Bénodétoises houses and the mythical and very sought after Trez district.

Location bien équipée proche plage. Attention bien lire … pas de TV … internet très très moyen… vacances déconnectées… prendre des jeux de société :)

Apartment bien équipé très proche de la plage.

L’appartement est ensoleillé, à un grand balcon regardant le vert et est très Bein équipé avec plein de choses utiles, une machine à laver, une vaisselle… Le lit/sofa était confortable. Mon contact côté propriété était très agréable et bien organisé, merci! 2 choses à remarquer: l’internet était pratiquement inutilisable pour travailler avec (ce que j’aurais du). Pas de connexion, lente, beaucoup d’interruptions. De plus il fallait bien écrire dans l’annonce qu’on a absolument besoin d’une voiture pour aller chercher et rentrer la clé dans l’agence immobilière. Comme je voyage beaucoup avec les transports public c’était seulement par hasard que j’avais une voiture pendant cette semaine. Pour conclure: Une bonne expérience, merci.
