Only 1 km from the beaches and 3 km from Bénodet town centre, this warm house for 6 people welcomes you in a peaceful residential area. Enjoy a large enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquillity, as well as a 15 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for convivial outdoor meals. Between walks along the corniche, water sports and discovering the Breton Riviera, this rental is the ideal place for an unforgettable stay in Bénodet!



Open the gate and take the pathway leading to the front door to discover a large living space, with direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker and all necessary utensils), will allow you to prepare your meals with ease. The dining area has a table for 6 people, whilst the lounge, with its sofa and television, is conducive to enjoyable moments with family or friends. A fireplace with wood provided will bring you warmth and comfort on cooler days.

On your left, a corridor leads to a bathroom with shower, an independent toilet, as well as to the garage.



On the upper floor, you will find three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and an independent toilet. The first bedroom, tastefully decorated, is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), as is the second. The third bedroom, ideal for children, has two single beds (90x190 cm).



For your comfort, a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal throughout your stay.



Private parking spaces are available in the courtyard, and a garage will allow you to store your bicycles safely during your holidays.

Geräumiges Haus in ruhiger Lage

Für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder sind im 1.OG Zimmer und Betten geeignet. Betten sind bequem. Alle Zimmer im EG und 1.OG hell und ausreichend gr0ß. Ruhige Lage mit netten Nachbarn. Fußläufig ca. 20 Minuten zur Strandpromenade mit Restaurants. Mit Fahrrad keine 10 Minuten. In der Garage konnten wir unsere Fahrräder abstellen. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Küche mit dem notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Garage könnte für Gäste noch bequemer genutzt werden, wenn es teilweise nicht so vollgestellt wäre. Der Garten ist groß wir konnten es aber nicht so richtig nutzen, da z.B. keine Liegestühle vorhanden. Ein verriegelter Kühlschrank des Eigentümers im Treppenhaus EG ist für Gäste nicht nutzbar aber dafür einfach nur laut.
