Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with sofas (including a convertible), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso pod machine, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and bathroom with bath.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, heated) open from April to October, and secured by a cover and barrier. Opening dates subject to favourable weather conditions, non-contractual.
- A 6 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. Access to the beach is via the residence's shared garden.
