Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 13 m², open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with shower). We are waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 13 m² with a sofa bed, TV, Wifi included
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine

On the first floor :
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC.

Outside :
- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to the end of September (heated only from the end of May to mid-September)
- A balcony of 4m², view on the bay of Bénodet and the mouth of the Odet with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

Common area:
- Take advantage of the residence's swimming pool (shared, heated), open from April to October, and secured by a cover and a barrier. Opening dates subject to favorable weather conditions, not contractual.

The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. The exit of the residence is less than 50 m from the beach and you will be close to all the essential stores, restaurants, bars, market every Monday...

The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters.
At the end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the west winds and the big swells of the sea.
