- A beautiful south-west facing garden of 686 m², enclosed, with garden furniture available (table, chairs, deckchairs)
- A 25 m² terrace, also facing south-west, to enjoy the fine weather

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, at the end of a cul-de-sac. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.

Just 10 km from Quimper, Town of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighbouring towns, all within a 25km radius, have a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of Brittany's textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th-century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; and Le Guilvinec, France's leading small-scale fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its turquoise lagoon.
At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, battered by westerly winds and the great swells of the open sea.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private underground car park, which can accommodate one vehicle.
