Pessoal, o hotel tem seus pontos fortes, por isso não quero generalizar minha avaliação. Chegamos por volta das 13h e tivemos o check-in antecipado, o que foi ótimo. No entanto, ao chegarmos ao quarto 1426, percebemos que ele parecia improvisado: não havia telefone instalado, uma das paredes estava extremamente suja e, ao chamar a equipe do hotel, fomos informados de que não havia nada a ser feito, e que o hotel estava lotado etc. Foi uma pena, pois a impressão que ficou é de que o hotel está mais preocupado com a quantidade de hóspedes do que com a qualidade da prestação do serviço. O café da manhã tem bastante variedade. Senti falta de itens mais frescos, pois boa parte parecia industrializada, mas ainda assim merece uma nota 8,0. A localização do hotel é boa, e conseguimos utilizar aplicativo de transporte com facilidade para ir às vinícolas e demais passeios.

Acomodação bem limpa, único problema foram os travesseiros sem estrutura (1 fica pouco e 2 fica alto) bem desconfortável. Nitidamente o hotel estava lotado, no café da manhã tinha louça caindo no chão e quebrando, gente “roubando” lugar ocupado, café estava frio. Foi perceptível a falta de preparo dos funcionários para lidar com o salão cheio. Na noite pedi uma sobremesa e demorou meia hora para ser entregue, e só foi entregue pois um segundo funcionário foi verificar meu pedido (ao que tudo indica não havia sido feito). Essa foi a terceira vez que me hospedo, as outras experiências foram melhores.

O quarto é bom, mas o travesseiro muito ruim. Não entendo esta economia. Como o hotel estava lotado, tinha fila para usar o elevador. Mas o que me incomoda é os hoteis cobrarem estacionamento. Acho um absurdo, ja que o preço é caro e quase todo mundo vai de carro. Mas o resto estava bom. O café da manhã muito bom.
