I expected at least complimentary bottled water, iron, and ironing board in the room. The restaurant menu is very limited. Half of the menu items were not available. Also no coffee maker in the room. The rest was ok, not great

O quarto é amplo e com uma ótima acústica. Tem black-out na janela, pra dormir é ótimo, mas precisavam melhorar os travesseiros...são bem ruins mesmo, muito baixo e mole. Café da manhã é excelente, com uma ótima variedade. O Hotel fica em uma rua cheia de restaurantes, então se faz tudo a pé. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar nele.
