A estadia foi ótima, o hotel oferece uma grande quantidade de atividades no hotel, degustações, sauna, piscinas, além de contar com serviço de SPA. Cafe da manhã bem servido com várias opções, ilha de bebidas quentes, ilha de pães e frios, além de uma ilha de frutas e pratos quentes, tudo muito saboroso e fresco. Tem uma carta de vinhos imensa, além de sunset com DJ em que você pode levar seu próprio vinho e não terá taxa de rolha se for um vinho da região. Não deixe de conferir a lista de vinícolas parceiras que oferecem descontos e brindes para hóspedes, informações sempre com o seu concierge. Esta foi nossa terceira estadia no hotel e o lugar continua nos encantando. O café da manhã é excelente e a celebração de Réveillon superou nossas expectativas, tanto pela ceia quanto pela festa. No entanto, como clientes recorrentes, notamos que o hotel precisa de atenção em alguns pontos: o SPA estava com a hidromassagem desativada, a academia possui equipamentos antigos e o sistema de elevadores apresentou falhas frequentes. Tivemos também um contratempo com o serviço de quarto: um pedido agendado foi cancelado e, após a reclamação, entregue com 2 horas de atraso. Além disso, a política de exigir agendamento para pedidos noturnos até as 18h é pouco funcional para os hóspedes. Esperamos ver melhorias na manutenção para que possamos retornar em breve e ter a experiência completa que o hotel sempre ofereceu.
