Upon arrival, the man at the front desk stood in front of us for 3 minutes before greeting us by saying “yes?” The room we stayed in had spider webs in every concerned, there were many hairs in the sheets, there was built up dust on every table surface, there wash a bunch of trash behind the night stand and there was hairs in the bathtub. The ceilings also leaked in the lobby, the workout area was in bad condition, and the floors in the pool area were disgusting. Overall, this place needs a lot of work and I would not recommend it to people who want to enjoy their entire stay

Had to check in twice even though we checked in on line. First room was not cleaned and second room was filthy(even though it was supposedly cleaned). Left for a day and when we came back our key did not work so we had to do that twice again. Carpeting in room and hallways were disgusting. Never again

The baymont was not what we excepted. The room amenities were not clean very dirty. The lamps were either broken or dirty. The door did not close probably. The breakfast was okay . The coke machine was broken. The hotel is dated. I woul not recommend this hotel. Also the a/c was noisy.

We found 2 bugs in one of the beds. Unable to sleep in it so had to share bed. No hooks on the door for towels. Found another dead bug in the toilet paper holder. Curtain ripped from the rod. No kleenex. Light bulb out in the bathroom. Room smelt musty like a dog was in there even though it wasn't a pet friendly room. Ice maker was broken. The back on the remote was missing with batteries exposed. Was told that they couldn't do anything about the room because I went through 3rd party (Expedia). Just awful!

Front desk was friendly and helpful. A close drive to Warren dunes, I’d say this is an okay hotel for that if you aren’t planning on staying very long. The breakfast was not good, somehow the scrambled eggs were bad(to salty and a weird texture), the only good thing there was the self serve waffles. We didn’t get to try the pool or anything, but it looked pretty okay. We noticed the bed sheets were stained a bit, that was pretty gross actually.

we picked a suite with the living room to watch the WNBA after going to the casino and dinner. however the only TV that worked was in the bedroom. very disappointing. the bathroom looked very old and run down also. the working personnel this weekend where very good & professional the room was just disappointing

I really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed 3 nights. Beds were comfy and three staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't believe the amount of options they had for the breakfast included! Definitely coming back!
