Nice hotel close to the Casino

We stayed at the hotel on Valentine’s Day. We had tickets to a Kenny G concert at Four Winds Casino that evening. The hotel was only about 5 minutes from the casino. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and recommended a great restaurant for lunch (The Stray Dog). The room and beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and everything worked. The decor was modern. It was recently upgraded according to signage in the lobby. A complimentary continental breakfast was also included. The rate was great… much less than the casino and I would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed for the night- everything was clean and comfortable, under construction but didn’t bother us. Breakfast was ok but bagels seemed stale and would have like more fruit than apples. Otherwise good and would stay again. Also we were going to the casino so it would have been nice if it was posted somewhere that there was a shuttle to the casino so we didn’t have to drive back and forth

Average hotel, I’ll stay elsewhere next time

We booked a room with a king sized bed, got a small room with a queen bed. The main reason we booked this hotel was because of the hot tub which they no longer have. Also construction going on leaving the side door blocked with construction equipment and dirty carpet tracking down the hall.

Our room was okay but th bathtub drain was clogged and backed up while taking shower. The hotel offered a partial refund but said Expedia needed to call them to request it and then reimburse us. Please do this on our behalf.

Not happy at all. We were lied to about there being a hot tub where the pool is. Thats why we chose this hotel because we were excited to finally use a hot tub. Also wasnt informed before booking that there is a 170 dollar hold. So we weren't prepaired. The girl that checked us in wasnt very friendly. When we asked about the pool hours for the hot tub she laughed at us and said we dont have one anymore. And i said what this is why we booked our stay. On expedia it shows a pool and hot tub in the pool area. We were so disappointed in this trip.
