Terrible experience!

Arrived room was not cleaned from last guest. 2nd room a/c did not work, room #3 blood spots on the sheets/pillows. People very friendly, property is absolutely disgusting. “Breakfast” is a joke, worst ever. Shower head limed up and hardly any flow. Marijuana smoke so bad from room next door. Even for the low price it is not worth it. Stay somewhere else. Horrible experience

Front desk was excellent. Don't expect your room to get cleaned. My bedding didn't get changed the whole week I was there. Carpets are stained throughout the hotel. Coffee pot had mold in it

Highway-side 2-star hotel, I’m not expecting the Ritz. But I expect it to be clean enough to stay at with my two-year-old. Boy, was I wrong. 1st room they gave me smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I go back down, got a new room. New room doesn’t smell. The listing had said there’d be a couch and cribs available. No couch, no cribs. So when I saw only two pillows, I called down for more pillows to help barricade my daughter on the bed. She told me “that’s all we have.” I asked her how could that be, and she explained to me that they had a busy weekend and no one is staffed in housekeeping over the weekend. How do you have a busy hotel on a weekend with no housekeeping? So I couldn’t get any more pillows or towels. I go in bathroom to start my kid’s bath, and the bathtub, floor, toilet sink are all dirty. I cleaned it myself with antibacterial wipes because my kid needed a bath. It was so gross. It looked like someone bled out or splattered red wine in the tub, plus hairs in tub, on floor & toilet, bug/dirt in sink. Just gross. I cleaned it myself, bathed my daughter, put her back in front of TV so I could shower. THERE WAS NO SHOWER CURTAIN. How do you not have a shower curtain? And no extra towels, so I had to shower with no curtain & use towels we had to mop up the water. I was praying my kid didn’t walk into the bathroom while I was showering and slip and fall. Try to sleep, constant banging of doors. Then the marijuana smell permeated our room. We left the hotel.

this was the worst stay at this hotel.front desk person was also the breakfast cook while also doing garbage duies as well.there was not enough supplies for breakast.this locotion is being poorly managed. i will never stay here again and will tell other friends of mind to not make any reservations at this location. my whole stay there was horrible. someone needs to fix this big problem.

Check in was Normal however the light above the sink was out and the toilet was almost impossible to flush. We didn’t attempt to shower until morning. No hot water. Worst part upon checkout telling hostess she said o we know and maintenance is working on. I’m flabbergasted. Poor mgmt practice.

Don't count on the free breakfast

It was a clean room. The afternoon/evening staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights, Thursday and Friday, and I chose this place because of the free breakfast. On the first morning, we went down to eat around 9am, and the food was gone. Egg pan and potatoes were empty, All that was left was sausage links that tasted spoiled. I asked the man that was standing there if they were bringing more food out and he just shrugged his shoulders and said "not sure". He then went outside to smoke. On the second morning all that was left were eggs that were very dry. This was around 9:30. Just truly disappointed.

They checked our room in to someone else before we even got there, then gave us the keys to that room and we were horrified to find that the people were in there! They gave us an “upgrade” that was a handicap room in poor dirty condition. Very unorganized, and uncomfortable.
