Wasn’t the best, but wasn’t terrible either. Was definitely better than the options across the street. Kinda outdated and definitely could use some updating. Poor choices for breakfast. No vending machines or items to buy at the desk. Ice machines looked dirty. On the plus side the sheets looked very clean and bright white, smelled good, and the beds were comfy. Got the job done with limited availability left on a last minute trip.

The rooms could definitely use some TLC. The carpet was stained. A floor lamp with a missing on/off knob. Wallpaper coming off the wall and the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. The freezer part of the fridge was so full of ice you couldn’t put anything in it. On a good note; the bathroom was very clean, however, the water would only get warm. When we went for breakfast we were happy to see that it was very clean and there was someone there cleaning as people were getting food. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. In a pinch I would stay there again but not for what I paid this time.

Do not stay here

Room was damp, wall paper was peeling off, stains on the carpet and ceiling, the hotel smelled of marijuana, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the breakfast options were brown, the staff was rude, we got two towels for four people and were refused more despite telling them my daughter (10) was in the shower and waiting to get out, was forced to get the two used towels to prove we needed more (ridiculous), and was refused to be allowed to speak to a manager, despite being on the phone with him or her. The front desk attendant then sat outside in a car and left the desk unattended. Need I go on…oh wait, both my kids, who shared a bed woke up with bites on them. Just a nasty hole in the wall.

I should have left right after I walked in.

The beds were decently comfortable and the Air conditioning worked well, but that's about all I can say that was good. The bathroom door would barely open over the uneven tile, the included breakfast was pretty flavorless and underwhelming. They had three containers of unsweetened corn flakes and no other cereal options. There were no towels in the pool area and then when we asked they brought down 4 towels.

I love the fact it’s pet friendly, my kids loved the breakfast. I recommend the Hotels works on proving enough towels and toilet paper in each room. When we asked for additional towels the Receptionist said we had to wait for the morning. She was not apologetic at all. It was four of us with only one set of towels for all of us. Not a good way to spend the night after a beach day. Another situation we ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night.

The bath tub wouldn’t drain was told no people fix it and manger just left too was told call them and basically said nothing they can do until today we waited and checked out around 10:45 still not fixed.

Carpet stains in room, many many. Halls narrow with gouges and rips in walls, tiles damaged and missing in bathroom, lots of wallpaper damage in room. Poor lighting in room. I was very disappointed having stayed numerous times in this chain.

Not well maintained and not clean throughout the facility. Pool was out of order during our 2 night stay and at check out we learned it had been fixed 24 hours prior, however desk staff was not given the update!

Convenient location off the highway and in a nice, quiet area. The room had some weird stains on the ironing board/carpet/door. My room was provided with coffee packets but no coffee maker, which was odd. I was also advised that the pool was out of service. The beds seemed clean enough and they're pet friendly, so it worked for my purpose, but not exactly a must-stay.

For one, the description of the hotel room that I secured reserved and paid for did not come as it stated in the layout the rooms had full size beds went in the description. It stated queen size beds. The bathroom had black mold above the showerhead and was just covered up with a base product. The head of the shower barely worked. The faucet system was broken. The shower barely turned on. You can literally hear the people above you the people on the side of you even the people under you in your room me and my wife and my four kids experience one of the worst trips we’ve ever took Now the staff was great and treated as well, but the facility was not what was described when reserving the room, let her know my reservations issue before checking in

Hotel was pretty nice.

The hotel was pretty comfortable. Room had a lot of space and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t have a shower curtain when we arrived so the lady at the desk handed us one and said we could do it because it was easy to put up, otherwise we had to wait until she had time because she was busy. Our phone in the room didn’t work and they didn’t fix it or even look at it during the 3 days we were there. The staff was pretty rude whenever we had to ask for anything.

Absolutely disgusting. The floors looked like they haven't been swept in weeks (or ever!). The sink in our bathroom wouldn't drain. TV wouldn't work. The walls were dirty and had stains on them. Would not recommend this hotel.

If you’re looking for a place to experience horror in real life — congratulations, you’ve found it. This place smelled like a mix of wet dog, cigarettes, and regret. The carpets looked like they’ve survived multiple crime scenes — stained, ripped, and full of mysterious holes. To top it off, dirty mattresses were just chilling in the hallway like part of the décor… for TWO DAYS. You could literally hear staff in the next room talking trash about cleaning, saying “I’m not cleaning this sht, I don’t got time”* — clearly they didn’t, because the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been touched since 1992. They gave two towels for FOUR people like we were supposed to air-dry or share germs. The staff had an attitude like we ruined their day by showing up. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car, it’s cleaner, quieter, and probably smells better too. Worst hotel experience of my life.
