Definitely read reviews before booking!

The hotel could have been cleaner. In the room I was in, the tv didn’t really work. The WiFi wasn’t strong enough to reach my room on the second floor. There could have been more breakfast options. For the quality of the hotel, each night could have been a little cheaper.

The room was clean and looked nice. Our only complaints; we found our smoke detector on top of the safe rather than in its place on the ceiling and the lack of elevator.

We are not picky. And so, it was fine. Clean, quiet, front desk was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was all carbs. Nothing but grains, waffles, toast, cereal. The mattress was very comfortable, we would stay here again.

Not what I expected

The faucet was broken no one came to fix it , the strip between the bathroom door way I cut my feet , the breakfast area the waffle batter was broken, no creamer for the coffee, the toilet didn't flush all the way down, I notify four desk clerk about the issues I was having, Nothing was ever done, I was told multiple times that someone will come and fix it , but no one ever came , I'm definitely disappointed

It would be great if there was at least a hand towel in the room. And why is the refrigerator door open? Is there a problem in the room that you need the door to stay open? The front desk help was great, but why do I have to ask to dry my hands?

We booked this property because my son had booked it. I normally avoid Quality Inn like a plague. However, we wanted to stay at the same location as him. Check in was… ok. The rooms were disgusting. Ceiling was falling in in our bathroom. There is no way it had been really cleaned as the floor was visibly dirty. AC unit was broken. My son’s room had literal mold in it. There were hand prints visible on their headboard from previous guests. The whole property smelled like mold and body odor. The breakfast was basically nonexistent (good thing we planned a much better breakfast). 100% will not be staying here again.

Not a clean place to stay

I was working in Benton Harbor and stayed at the quality Inn. As soon as I got in the room had a horrible smell. There was a sock over the smoke alarm. The ceiling was flaking from an old water leak look like and throughout the night somebody kept playing a loud music out in the parking lot and kept me up all night. I told them I wanted to cancel my second night that I was not staying in a disgusting hotel and they told me they would have a manager call me. A manager has yet to call me. I’ve called them multiple times just to get the run around, a manager is conveniently never available.

Hotel was un organized. Switched our room with no notice even at check in Diddnt tell us just sent us on our way. When asked for extra linens for the now pull out couch we had they Diddnt have any or pillows. Breakfast was skimpy.
