Great location and very nice space.Downsides - Dishwasher does not work. Host requested we clean dishes so had to hand wash right before leaving since dishwasher did not work. Also, oven triggers the smoke detector to go off so could not use oven. Host did not respond to messages.

Great location near the Bentonville Town Square! About a 10 minute walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Clean, comfortable safe. Stairs up to loft over top of garage. I stayed for two nights to mountain bike in the area. Very close to Coler and Slaughter Pen.

Perfect Place

Everything we needed was there! Close enough to walk downtown, quiet, lots of natural light, clean, comfortable, stocked with coffee and supplies. We parked Nextdoor bc we had a large suv and the space was small. The steps were nice and wide. The only downside was very little space for clothing but we adapted.

Adorable studio apartment right near downtown square. Up a long flight of stairs, which was not a problem for us.Cute decor, but sofa could have been more comfortable. other than that, it was perfect.

Enjoyable

We really enjoyed the place. The location was perfect for easy ride in/ride out and close to anything downtown. Bed was very comfortable and place was well equipped with everything needed.
