Our stay at the Coler House was amazing! The house was beautiful, very clean and organized. The location was perfect for getting to the trails or a short drive to beautiful downtown Bentonville. There were so many unique and practical things for mountain bikers that made the Coler House a must stay. I was a big fan of the way the garage was set up for us to clean up and tune up our bikes while we enjoyed the fresh air and great neighborhood. The host was quick to respond to us and we are so thankful for the owners hospitality. THANK YOU!

Coler House was exactly as described in the listing. It is situated in a residential neighborhood, particularly close to the Coler Preserve bike and walking trails. Fun and comfortable place to stay for 3 nights. Everything was super clean and well maintained.

The property was very clean and comfortable during our stay. Amenities were more than enough for our week long adventure with a young family. It was toddler friendly with one floor, no baby gates were necessary. Kids enjoyed the open floor plan, backyard area, foosball table, and arcade game. Proximity was great to trails and downtown areas. Will return!

Fun in Bentonville

We had a nice stay at this house. The house was central to many of the activities that we did. We went to Crystal Bridges, Coler Trails, the Amazuem etc. The kids loved the foosball table and Pac-Man arcade.

Coler House is a comfortable house that had everything we needed. There are some things that could be improved on but overall it is a good spot for getting on the trails fast.There is a cleaning fee but the checkout includes some cleaning. It would be nice to work that into the cost of the rental and be able to walk out without stripping sheets, taking trash out and doing dishes.

Comfortable house next to Coler Mountain

This house is in a quiet neighborhood a short bike ride to Coler Mountain. Great place for the family, including bike racks in the garage, foosball, a hot tub and a washer/dryer. We'd definitely stay here again.
