Arrival
Please remove your shoes at the door to protect the wood floors.
To avoid damage, kindly lift and carry luggage rather than dragging it across the floors.
You will receive a digital lock code before arrival. A physical key will be waiting on the kitchen counter; please return it there upon checkout.
During Your Stay
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted. Overnight stays by unregistered guests will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the home, on the decks, or in the garage. Violations will result in forfeiture of the $750 deposit.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted. Evidence of pets will result in forfeiture of the full $750 deposit.
Recreational Equipment: Please store bikes and gear in the garage.
Kitchen & Cookware: Quality cookware and cutlery are provided. Please do not use oven cleaners, harsh detergents, bleach, or steel wool. Non-stick pans must be washed with a soft cloth only. Knives must be washed by hand—do not place in the dishwasher.
Internet: Network name and password will be provided prior to your stay.
Television: Streaming services are available; cable TV is not provided.
Candles: For safety, please do not burn candles inside the home.
Lighting: Turn off lights when not in use and do not leave outdoor lights on overnight.
Grill: Ensure the gas is turned off at the source and the cover is replaced after use.
Furniture & Electronics: Do not move TVs, DVD players, or furniture.
Windows & Garage: Keep windows closed in winter and the garage door closed when away.
Departure
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Turn off all lights.
Clean and put away utensils; run the dishwasher before leaving.
Dispose of trash and recycling in the bins at the front of the house. Roll the trash can to the end of the driveway for pickup. Do not leave trash outside the bin.
Leave the house key on the kitchen counter.
Ensure all doors are closed and locked.
Set thermostat to 55 degrees before departure.
