Welcome to "The Den" at Tiger Trails. Your FUN begins right outside the door! We are located across the street from Leopards Loop, and an easy ride or walk to downtown Bentonville. Guests have 2 parking spots, and a private entrance to their suite. Features include: 1 KING BED, full kitchen, washer and dryer, living area with 2 twin beds, private deck with grill. We also have a SECURE GARAGE for bike storage.

We are an owner-operated property in one of the best locations in Bentonville.

What does owner-operated mean for you?

Being owner-operated means you'll be communicating directly with us—the owners—throughout your stay. Since we live on-site, we're always nearby and personally take care of everything you need.

We pride ourselves on providing a super clean room, and we do all of the cleaning ourselves to ensure every detail meets our high standards.

If you have any questions, requests, or experience any issues during your stay, we're quick to respond and committed to addressing your needs promptly. Our goal is to make your visit as comfortable, clean, and enjoyable as possible.

This suite is in our large walkout basement ( 900 SQ FEET)) with your own private deck and easy access to the backyard, fun dogs, and a swingset for the little ones.

You will also have access to our 30x30 garage. This garage is secured and is fully equipped for all your biking needs.

Our location is one of our best features! We have bike trails all around the house, but also a short drive or walk to Downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, and other popular spots in Bentonville.


If You see dates you are wanting but they are already booked, please reach out to me. We have 2 other suites on location and might be able to move people around to make it work for you.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Make sure all dishes are cleaned. Take all food out of fridge Place trash and recycles in appropriate outside cans.
Place all used towels in the washer and start it. Place only used bedding in the floor by the washer. No need to place bed or pillow protectors.
Look in guide book for any further instructions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Parties 🚭 No smoking, vaping, or drugs of any kind on the property. This also includes outside the room or on the deck.
Do not burn candles of any kind in the house. ( 🎂Birthday cake candles are ok) Do not tamper with or disconnect exterior security cameras.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM- 8:00 AM. No Bikes in the room No loud music with vulgar language
