The comfortable and modern holiday apartment was newly built and furnished in 2014. The holiday apartment for 2-5 people is located on the 1st floor of a holiday home, only approx. 500 m from the Achterwasser (Lake Neppermin). There is also a fireplace in the living room. The Baltic seaside resort of Bansin is approx. 8 km away. The holiday apartment has a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio/CD, dining table, some with a fireplace), bedroom (double bed, flat screen TV), kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating, WLAN. A cot and a high chair can be provided. There is a furnished outdoor area, an outdoor pool (not heated), a barbecue area, a trampoline and a car park.



Neppermin is a beautifully laid out village directly on the Achterwasser, approx. 8 km from the Baltic Sea resorts of Bansin and Ückeritz. On the shore there are hiking and cycling trails, a bathing area, a promenade, boat and bicycle hire, a children's playground, a barbecue and campfire site and riding facilities. A golf course is approx. 2 km away.
