Unser neu renoviertes Bauernhaus befindet sich in absoluter Alleinlage und ist umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern. Die einmalig ruhige Lage des Landhauses Perllehen gibt den Blick frei auf die Berchtesgadener Gebirgswelt, insbesondere auf den Watzmann. Das Ortszentrum, sowie die Watzmann-Therme, das Erlebnisbad Aschauer-Weiher und das Salzbergwerk sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ausserdem sind die Ausflugsziele wie Kehlsteinhaus, Königssee, Jennerbahn, Almbachklamm und weitreichendes Wanderwegnetz gut zu erreichen. Nicht nur im Sommer, auch im Winter bieten sich vielseitige Ausflugs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten, wie Ski- und Langlaufen. Auch der Berchtesgadener Winter macht ein Wintermärchen war und es ist eine der intensivsten Formen eine Jahreszeit zu erleben.
Neu renovierte Ferienwohnung mit einem separatem Schlafzimmer sowie einer Schlafcouch. Der Blick geht in Richtung Kehlstein und Göll. In der Ferienwohnung ist das WC in einem separatem Raum. Die Badewanne verfügt über eine Duschvorrichtung. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahre 2014 komplett saniert und neu eingerichtet.
