Ob im Hallenbad, auf dem Balkon oder im Zimmer - das Berchtesgadener Wahrzeichen lacht direkt herein in die frisch renovierte und zeitgemäß ausgestattete Ferienwohnung.Ihr Urlaubsdomizil befindet sich im 1.Obergeschoß und bezaubert allein schon durch die grandiose Aussicht auf die spektakulären Berge rundum. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig auf einer Anhöhe am Ortsrand und stammt aus den 70ern. In der Anlage befinden sich 70 zum Großteil fest bewohnte Wohneinheiten. Zum Ein-und Ausladen fahren Sie direkt vor die Haustür und der Parkplatz befindet sich unterhalb des Hauses. Dieser Parkplatz gehört zum Haus. Der Bahnhof und der Königssee sind nicht weit. Ein Bäcker, ein Supermarkt und eine Pizzeria sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ein heller, freundlicher Wohn-Schlafraum, eine gemütliche Essnische mit Eckbank und einer modernen, gut ausgestatteten Küche ist Ihr Basislager für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
